We deliver across Pakistan. Most orders arrive in 2–4 working days in major cities and 3–7 working days nationwide. Remote-area delivery may take a little longer.

01 / Delivery
From our door to yours.
Every order is checked and packed with care. You will receive a confirmation when it is dispatched and our team can help with delivery questions.
Shipping charges
A flat delivery fee is shown at checkout. Orders above PKR 15,000 ship free; the fee for smaller orders is confirmed before you place your order.
Cash on delivery
COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready and accept only parcels that match your order.

We want you to use your gear, not keep it in a box. Start a request early and we'll guide you through the next step.
7-day window
Request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting us with your order number.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags, packaging, and any included accessories.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after inspection. COD refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet; return delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
